President

Colin Brosmer is a seasoned executive in the industrial metals sector with extensive experience in aluminum manufacturing. Over two decades, he has demonstrated strategic acumen and leadership, moving from his engineering roots at John Deere and Alcoa to senior sales and operational roles within Arconic's Building and Construction business. Since October 2023, he has been steering METRA North America as President, building on a robust history of commercial and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Colin has demonstrated a passion for leadership, client solutions, innovation, and process improvement, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. His commitment to professional growth and industry knowledge has made him a trusted leader and mentor within his field.

Allan Bennett

Chief Commercial Officer

Allan Bennett is a seasoned commercial executive with over three decades of leadership experience in the aluminum extrusion and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Metra North America, Allan drives strategic growth initiatives and oversees commercial operations. His career includes key roles at Apel Extrusions, Taber Extrusions, and Hydro Aluminum North America, where he consistently led high-performing teams, expanded market presence, and delivered record-breaking sales results.

Allan’s expertise spans business development, strategic marketing through developing competitive advantages, sales team integration and modernization, and customer service, with a strong focus on value-added products across diverse industries.

Doug Hitchcox

Vice President, Operations

Doug Hitchcox is a seasoned operations executive with over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership roles at La-Z-Boy, Paladin Attachments, and American Bath Group. With a deep passion for continuous improvement, Doug focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity to achieve operational excellence. His approach combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering high-performing teams and sustainable growth.

Bob Davis

Chief Financial Officer

Bob Davis, CPA, CSSBB is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience leading finance, FP&A, and M&A across global manufacturing organizations. As CFO - North America at METRA, he oversees financial operations across the U.S. and Canada, supporting strategic growth for a global leader in aluminum extrusion and value-added services.

Bob previously held senior leadership roles at Accuride Corporation and Acument Global Technologies, where he led global financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. He brings deep expertise in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, including leading the successful sale of Acument to Fontana Gruppo and managing post-acquisition integration. His work has included harmonizing pricing strategies, accelerating reporting cycles, and standardizing financial systems across multinational platforms.

As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Bob combines financial acumen with process excellence to drive operational efficiency and strategic transformation. His expertise spans C-level management, corporate finance, and strategic planning across North America, Europe, and Asia.
